Boston, Castle Island

Today we took a trip into Boston. First we headed to the Gardens they built above the Big Dig. We hit the gardens first, they were nothing to write home about but was nice to be in the middle of the city. The North End was on one side, Fanueil Hall on the other. Pretty cool. Then we drove a ways and when to Castle Island. The planes flew right over our heads and the scenery was amazing. And there was Sullivans!!! The best hot dogs and frozen yogurt anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!

Spring Day!

A beautiful spring day!!! We went to another state park for a nice hike. It was a nice flat area and long trails. The beginning had a beautiful pond. There were so many turtles. Every step we took there was a least 5 turtles! There was also a black snake! Corey tried to catch it but of course it was too fast for him. He was trying to make up for a few weeks ago when he caught one but it squirmed and Corey squeled and threw it!!!

Today we went to the Bass Pro Shop to see Twiggy! It was so funny and not what we expected! The woman who owns him was telling us that he was on Letterman, Leno, he was in 3 movies...Anchorman being one of them. He also swims! After he performed you could pet him and hug him. Nicole was so excited!!!!!!!!!

Miss Katies Birthday!

Nikkis good friend turned 5 and had her party and Pump It Up!! It was so much fun...the kids were exhausted!

Purgatory Chasm!

Today we went to Purgatory Chasm. Corey always has loved it here...i of course cannot take being in small spaces but do love the hike through the rocks. Nicole absolutely loved it. What a little adventurer we have! She wanted to lead the way and go into every cave! She wanted to climb the highest rocks and keep going back for more!!! It was such a perfect day, the weather could not have been better and we brought a picnic lunch so after we chilled out at the picnic tables in the shade!!!!
