Working with Dad

Corey is building a fence around the perimeter of the yard and Nicole went out to help him. They were working hard measuring and getting the concrete all mixed. I looked out the window to see what they were up to..and there they were in the back of the jeep with daddy reading Nicole books. So sweet.

Gardening with Grammie

Grammie has her garden all ready for planting. Nicole helped her plant her tomato plants! Cherry tomatoes and Big Boys! She is also going to do some more veggies, onions, peppers, cucumbers and pototoes!!!

We went to the West Hill Dam for a nice hike with Maggie. She did so good and was so happy! We went to the dam, hiking through the forest and ended up at the playground! Nicole was in heaven...but so was Maggie. She went down the slide 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!

Mothers Day!

This morning while i was in bed, i heard a little girl go right past my room (which she never ever does) and went into the kitchen. I heard some ruffling and shuffling...then she walked into my room and said "Momma can you help me poor the cereal?" i got up and told her she can pour it anyway she likes. She then sent me back to bed and i got under the covers and snuggled with a grin. She came back a few minutes later and said "Momma i cant pour the milk and i dont want to spill it." My baby made me breakfast in bed!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyday i am grateful for my daughter and there is not a day that i do not thank god for her. So to have Mothers Day with her is just another blessing in my life.

Ahhh the joys of yardwork! Nicole and Daddy were working out front, planting new grass and low and behold the hose was left unattended. Nicole sprayed him and had him running for 10 minutes!!! But then it was payback!

Maggie and Demon had a playdate today!!! They were so happy to see each other as you can tell by their smiles!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big Apple Circus!

We were invited to the Big Apple Circus by our friends Jody and Owen and their boys, Reilly and Brody!!! It was so nice to hang with them nevermind go into Boston to see the circus!!! We first headed into Fanueil Hall for dinner and then hit the circus!!! It was so fun and Nicole loved that trapeze artists!!!!!

Carnival

Tonight we happened to stumble upon a carnival in Bellingham. I have no idea how i do not know what is going on in our town or surrounding towns!!! But anyways, we had dinner and then went to the carnival. Nicole wanted to ride on all the big, high, spinny and fast rides. Of course there is a height limit so she couldnt! But she did have some fun!!! She said next time she wants to do the bigger rides!!! Good luck Daddy...i cannot do the high ones!

New Bike!!!!

Daddy surprised his little princess with her big girl bike!!! A Barbie Pink bike!!! She was so happy! I dont think she was expecting that!! She rode this bike with so much confidence and today we went to the bike trail in Milford and rode for 2 1/2 miles! She was a little tired because she is still a little sick but she stuck it out! It was nice to get out there as a family on such a beautiful day!!!!!
