We had an amazing and wonderful Christmas this year. With such a bad year behind us it was important to remember what was importent and it was our family. We love all of you so much and are so happy to share our life with you.
Molly her new American Girl!!!!!!
Daddy getting his new Blu Ray!
Her new American Girl cradle! So excited getting her American Girl kitchen!!!!
This year we went trick or treating with the neighbors and had a little Halloween party after! Soooo we decided to dress up as well! I was an 80's chick...Corey was a party guy, a guy on vacation for life!! and Nicole was a princess!!!! She was going to be Hannah Montana but i got her a princess costume 2 hours before!!!! We had such a good time!
Halloween at Barnes & Noble!!! Nikki got dressed as a Barbie witch and we got to go and listen to a Halloween storytime and they got to go around the store in a Halloween parade and stop off at certain places and got treats and stickers!!!! It was so much fun!
Uncle, Nicole and I took a day to clear our heads and get out for a nice ride. First we went to Wachusett and took a hike and then headed out and found this amazing lake. Lake Tully. It was beautiful, huge and even had a kids play area! Uncle got to fish and Nicole got to play and I got to read! It was nice to unwind and hang with Uncle.
At CBS Scene at Patriot Place they have a storytime every week with a different theme...this week was Cat in the Hat. First they have the kids color and play then someone comes in and reads a story. THEN...The Cat in the Hat showed up for pictures and hung out with the kids!! Nicole had so much fun...she kept high fiving him and he kept raising his hand higher and higher to make her jump!!!!!
We stopped at Bolton Orchards to pick up some apples...it was a beautiful farm and had the biggest apples i ever did see!!! Corey and Nicole got to play in the fun houses, i think they liked that better than picking the apples! But later that weekend Corey and Nicole made an apple pie that was delicious!!
My father passed away on October 8th..my brother and I were with him and i got to hold his hand as he passed. It was peaceful and i know he is no longer in any pain and suffering anymore. He was a great man. He was the person i looked up to most in my life. He was strong, witty, smart, stubborn, talkative, and funny. I admired him for what his life was and what he made it. I think i followed in his footsteps. I love him so much and my heart is broken that he is gone. I will miss those stupid text messages he would send us from the doctors offices...i will miss talking about tv shows, i will miss getting all crazed talking about politics with him. He was an original and i am so blessed that he was my dad.
